Everything you need to know before your first session with Melior Fitness Run Club.
No. Melior Fitness Run Club is built for a mix of experience levels. We’ll group by pace and give you clear guidance so you can run at a speed that feels challenging but doable. If you can jog for a few minutes at a time, you’re welcome.
Sessions are based in London and typically start from central, easy-to-reach meeting points (e.g. parks or river routes). Exact meeting points and route details are sent by email and SMS after you book.
Comfortable running shoes, weather-appropriate kit, water, and your phone if you’d like to track your run. We’ll send a simple checklist with your confirmation email so you know exactly what to bring.
You’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS with your session date, meeting point, and preparation tips. We’ll also send reminder texts 24 hours and 2 hours before the run so you don’t miss it. Members will get ongoing reminders and priority access to every upcoming session.
